What we collect

When you play a Flockback game at a participating business, we collect the details you enter: your first name, mobile number and birthday, plus your email address when you claim your prize voucher.

Why we collect it

• Your phone number ensures one game entry per guest and identifies your voucher.
• Your email is used to send you the voucher you won.
• Your birthday (optional) lets the business surprise you with a birthday offer — only if you gave marketing consent.
• Marketing messages are only sent if you actively ticked the consent box. You can withdraw consent anytime via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Who sees your data

Your details are visible to the business where you played (so they can honour your voucher and, with your consent, send you offers) and to Flockback as the platform operator. We never sell your data, and we never share one business's guest list with another business.

How Flockback uses data

• To operate the platform: delivering vouchers, preventing duplicate entries, and keeping the games fair and secure.
• To improve and develop the service: we analyse usage in aggregated, de-identified form (for example, average redemption rates across venues) to build better features. These statistics never identify you.
• Flockback operates the voucher service itself: we may send you service messages about vouchers you have won or new ways to access them (for example, if we introduce a voucher wallet or guest account). These are service notifications about your own winnings — not marketing.
• Beyond that, if we ever introduce features where Flockback communicates with you directly, we will ask for your separate consent first — playing a game at a venue never signs you up for marketing from Flockback itself.

Storage & deletion

Data is stored on secured servers. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time — contact the business where you played, or email us and we'll take care of it.
